Started a new postdoc at George Washington University

It’s been a long time coming! I just started this past week in Alex Pyron’s lab on a one year postdoc where I will be working on his NSF funded research focused on the systematics and speciation of Dusky salamanders (Genus Desmognathus). So far we have put out one paper (from last winter) and I am going to be diving in head first in 2020 studying speciation in a few clades within the genus. I will also be teaching Genetics which I think will be a lot of fun!
